You must have a First Regional Library System library card. Your card must be updated (current address and telephone number) and must not have fines in excess of $3.00. Check our catalog first.  If the needed material is owned anywhere in the library system, place the item on hold.  It will be sent to the branch you indicate by our delivery system. Fill out a separate form for each item needed at any of our branches or you may contact Barbara Evans at bevans@firstregional.org Include as much information as possible on the form or in your e-mail. The lending library sets the due date for any item borrowed.  Please request a renewal of an interlibrary loan by contacting the interlibrary loan office by phone at 662-429-4439.  Renewals should be requested before the item is due. Return borrowed items on time.  Excessive overdues can endanger our ability to borrow from other libraries.
